Appointments & Reservations

Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend that you make an appointment in advance; however, walk-ins are welcome. Please call Belle La Vie at 205.349.0046 to book your appointment or consultation.

Be sure to inform your service provider if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, if you have had laser surgery, are taking blood thinners or any other pertinent health issues. Conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy and claustrophobia may require special attention.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

You must speak directly with our staff in order to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hour’s notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 50% of each service.
Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged in full and there is a possibility that your service may be cut short.

Check-In

Your entire spa experience should be one of effortless relaxation. We encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax before your spa experience. To maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your electronic devices upon arrival.

Gratuity

In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Children

Minors 12 years of age and up are welcome for treatments if accompanied by a parent or with a prior signed waiver. Childcare services are not provided. Out of respect for the privacy of our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to a scheduled appointment.
